Nourishing the Earth

- Connection to the divine light above and rooting into the earth below

- Focus on the breath and body, feeling the light and spaciousness on the inhale, and the grounding to the arth on the exhale

- Feel the body sinking and rooting into the dense, rich soil of the earth

- Interpenetration and union of the formless/infinite (light, divinity) and the form/finite (physical body, earth)

- Sensing the womb or belly center where this union is occurring.

- Formation of a collective circle, with channels/umbilical cords connecting each participant's belly to the center.

- Formation of a reservoir or cauldron in the center, infused with the energies from above and below.

- This central reservoir offers nourishment and regeneration back down to the deep earth energies

- Restoration of the primordial state of unity between heaven and earth, density and light

- Gratitude for the work being done on the collective and planetary level
